At CEDARHILL CONSTRUCTION LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:
1. Returns
- Eligibility: Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines are not eligible for returns. Additionally, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.
2. Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact us at support@cedarhill.store or 720-642-1053 to start the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Return Address: We will provide you with the return address when you contact us to initiate the return.
3. Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@cedarhill.store.
4. Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@cedarhill.store and send your item to: 504 Cartier Ct, Dillon, CO 80435, United States.
- Non-Defective Items: If you wish to exchange an item that is not defective or damaged, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
